Pulled right bicep muscle - wah

Morning,

Last Sunday at the gym, I think I might have overdone it a weeee bit with the free weights and pulled my right bicep muscle. I made certain to forgo BJJ on Tuesday and sparring had no affect on me….but yesterday at Kendo, wow, it just flowered into massive pain. Today is no better, so methinks it will be off to the doctors I go.

I find it highly amusing that my excessive Martial Arts WASN’T the thing that caused this; the delightful free weights (something I’ve been doing for over a year) was. Joy. Not. Wah.

In other news, I’m doing great with my site building and writing. Things are moving along great!

Time to make the donuts,
