Today is Saturday

as I had earlier posted…and I’m going to do something amazingly radical.

Yes indeed, I have invited my husband out on a date!

I’ve ensure the kids are busy with their friends, and we are going to (get this!):

• Go out for a gourmet breakfast (cheaper than lunch/dinner but just as romantic)
• Hit local garage sales (we love saving money)
• Relax at Barnes and Noble (great books/coffee!)

It’s only for 4 or so hours, but hey - we deserve it! Time to unwind, talk adult-like stuff, enjoy each other’s company…what can be better than that? This year it will be our 15th year anniversary.
