How much of
a couch potato are your kids?
Ever since I got into my weight loss journey and lost around 45+ pounds, I’ve made certain to instill in my kids a desire to stay healthy as well. One of our goals during Camp Ling this summer is for my kids to achieve the ability to do one chinup (I can do 3, wheee!).

While kids should never overdo things (after all, their bones/muscles are still growing), staying physically fit and shunning the dreaded Couch PotatoItis thingee is greatly encouraged. Here are some nifty kids fitness resources:
