Morning!

As amazing as it might sound, I was actually smart yesterday and chose to bow out of both BJJ (wah!) and adult sparring (major wahs - I could have gone against several of my favorite black belts several times, wah wah wah!). But, even I know when taking it easy is the wise thing to do; my bicep is feeling much better. Hopefully by Tuesday I can return to it.

I’ve started updating all of my prior IM books and it’s quite fascinating to realize just how much information I share and teach! It’s been awhile since I’ve reviewed them.

Family-wise, I’m looking for a lot of rest and enjoyment this weekend. Kids want to see Speed Racer, and I want to relax with the husband and enjoy garage sales! Last week had some great bargains with respect to books and martial arts goodies. Oh yes, and my eldest boy wants to try bostaff, so we’ll try to get to the bostaff class today.

Time to start the coffee,
