Morning!

I had to bow out of BJJ yesterday (wah!) because even I can notice when my physical ability is, well, pretty darned low. I’m feeling much better today, but yesterday morning, my right leg and right bicep were giving me major problems.

I improved during the afternoon, and was able to participate in adult sparring. My eldest took clips of me and let me tell you, wow, the ability to improve is, ahem, a wee bit larger than, oh, a couple of 747s parked by a school lot. Good news was I did spar with the black belt with whom I really wanted - utterly superb fighter and good teacher too. Missed out on others, but did get some chances with other excellent sparrers. Someday….I’ll learn. Someday.

In other news, I got my PR rankings back! Virtual Coach is now PR4, AskOwlbert is PR4, and BarbaraLing is PR5. Nice!

Workwise, it never ends but hey, that’s life.
