So! It’s time for your kid to choose a foreign language at school.

Have you gently explained to them that Latin and/or Ancient Greek is the way to go?

It’s so blatantly obvious to me that I simply want to shake every single idiot parent out there who intones, gosh, nobody speaks Latin any more but if you know Spanish, you can order from a Mexican menu!

ARGH!

All of the romance languages are built upon Latin! Let your children learn Latin and Ancient Greek…and they will have an incredible edge in their SATs, their collegiate essays, heck, their entire future.

So why aren’t you giving them the gift of such knowledge?
