My eleven years of employment at firms like AT&T, Lucent and IBM as a Internet consultant, lead unix systems administrator and systems engineer have taught me effective problem-solving techniques that greatly benefit my research. Additionally, my years of educating others how to use their software and environments have enabled me to teach in an easy, informative fashion that emphasizes creativity instead of rote activity.
